Finding a healthy balance between body and mind, promoting a good physical performance by having a tough, focused and healthy mind. Through hypnosis, visualization and relaxation exercises athletes are helped to create the mental stamina and learn necessary strategies to keep a calm powerful focused mind that will allow them to improve their performance and to manage their emotions. Individual or group work using Hypnosis, Mindfulness and NLP tools to identify strengths and abilities, healthy management of stress and anxiety, building self-esteem and goal clarification.
